What is First Aid At Work? 

The "First Aid at Work" course is designed to equip participants with essential first aid skills and knowledge to respond effectively to workplace emergencies. The course typically covers topics such as basic life support, managing choking, handling wounds and bleeding, recognizing and treating shock, and dealing with common workplace injuries and illnesses. Participants also learn how to use first aid equipment and maintain a safe environment. Upon completion, attendees will receive a certification that validates their skills, ensuring they are prepared to provide immediate assistance in emergency situations. This training is crucial for enhancing workplace safety and promoting a culture of preparedness.
